Department «Technology of bread products and processing industries»

Department «Technology of bakeries and processing productions” was founded in 1967 at the Department of “Special technology”. The department produces professionals since 1971. The first graduates have received specialized process engineers for the storage and processing of grain.

Over the long history of the department was headed at different times by prominent educators and scholars: D.t.s, Professor Laura Djumagulova Imangazievna, D.t.s, associate professor Bayarstanov Teleutek Dzhusupovich, D.t.s, associate professor Idgeev Bahtygali Kairgalievich, C.t.s, professor of ATU Roslyakov Michael Grogoryevich, D.t.s, professor of ATU Baybolov Kemerbek Baybolovich, D.t.s, academician of NAS RK Iztaev Auelbek Iztayevich, D.t.s, associate professor Iskakov Galiya Kuandykovna. Currently, the department manages D.t.s, Associate Professor Saule Zhienbaeva Turganovna.

Department «Technology of bakeries and processing productions” has always been and remains indispensable “forge” highly qualified personnel, who represent the true wealth of our country. It is well-known politicians, scientists, businessmen and entrepreneurs. Among them are the Advisor of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Samakova A.B.; Chief Inspector of the Presidential Administration, Academician IAS HS, D.t.s, Usembaevu Zh.K.; General Director of KazRI of FPI, professor Alimkulov ZH.S.; Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Omarova T.E .; General Director of the winery’s “Ararat”, professor of ATU Mnatsakanyan R.G.; President of JSC “Aksay tagamdary”, D.t.s, Associate Professor Idgeeva B.K. and etc.
